March 7, 2016:Minor in Conservation Leadership Accepted: The undergraduate Minor in Conservation Leadership proposed by the project team to ODU has been accepted. It is expected that the minor will be fully implemented for the Fall 2016 term.

October 15, 2015:Inside ODU reports on the MARI project to train conservation leaders: MARI at ODU has been awarded a grant from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to develop curricula for minors and certificates, as well as a service learning and internships program for conservation leadership under climate change and sea level rise.
